She was the winner of the 2021 edition of the competition. <br/><br/>In March 2023, the couple sparked romance rumors after being seen together at the London Football Awards - before confirming their relationship in June last year.<br/><br/>They have since made an array of cozy public appearances together and were seen linking arms while out and about in the summer of last year.<br/><br/>Spilling boasts a whopping 141,000 followers on Instagram, where she regularly posts pictures of her dancing escapades or trips to the Emirates.<br/><br/>In stark contrast to Spilling's celebrations, Declan Rice's long-term girlfriend Lauren Fryer recently deleted all of her Instagram pictures after receiving a barrage of abuse online over her appearance.<br/><br/>Fryer, 25, who is the childhood sweetheart of Arsenal player Rice, also 25, wiped all posts from her Instagram page in recent days after finding herself the target of cruel online trolls.<br/><br/>She was taunted for her appearance, with the bullying first starting in December last year when an anonymous account told England international team member Rice he 'could do better'.<br/><br/>Recently, Rice was told he had 'low standards' for being in a relationship with Fryer, who is the mother to their 20-month-old son, Jude.<br/><br/>Rice has been romantically involved with Fryer for nearly eight years, but the couple prefers to conduct their relationship away from the public eye.
